From the Super Bowl to the superb owl that has the full and undivided attention of an entire city. Go Flaco!

We have a new neighbor though I suppose I’m being generous with that term.

He doesn’t live on our floor or even in our building. He’s not even on our block, actually, but I have run into him three times now in Central Park on my afternoon walk with Simba, our Chinese Shar-Pei, so I think I can call him a neighbor.

His name is Flaco, and he’s a Eurasian eagle owl.
