Boo this man Corrigan, and Colin, too
A truly neck-and-neck contest to see which man's head is wedged farther up his own tailpipe.
Boo who?
Boo Corrigan. He’s the athletic director at North Carolina State who’s part of the selection committee for the College Football Playoff, and he was the one who was trotted out this week to explain why a Washington team — which has beaten three ranked opponents including the team ranked sixth by the committee — is still ranked behind Florida State, whose only victory over a ranked opponent came back in September against LSU, which now has three losses.
Honestly, it would be a lot less irritating if Corrigan just came out and said, “End of the day, we just think FSU’s better.” Instead he cites data points as if he understands what that means. Christian Caple and I tackle his insane troll logic in this week’s episode of the “Say Who, Say Pod.”
I also got down under the hood with Colin Cowherd — perish the thought — to determine the exact moment that he started talking “From Betwixt The Cheeks” during Monday’s show. He had a little more staying power this week, though I did have to give him the benefit of the doubt.
