Re-Pete performance

The Pete Carroll Experience has been rebooted in Seattle, a second honeymoon is underway just six months after everyone was wondering if the crazy ol' coot knew what the hell he was doing.

Seattle is smitten with Pete Carroll. Again.

I thought this could happen, but I was hardly certain that it would and I definitely did not expect it to be so soon. Yet here we are, halfway through Year 1 A.R. (After Russ) believing in the old silver fox while laughing at his sideline antics.

It’s a hell of a ride, actually. One I’m excited to take. Again. Because at this point – in his 13th season as Seattle coach – I think we’re speeding through the four specific stages of what I’ve identified as “The Pete Carroll Experience.”
