Mariner-a sauce: What a weak it was
Dead horses are not beaten with the regularity with which Seattle was drubbed this past week, getting outscored by a total of 28 runs over the past six games.
Since Mariner-a Sauce debuted last week here at The Apostrophe, things have gotten a little rough for Seattle.
And by a little rough, I mean that Seattle gave up 10 or more runs four times in a span of six games.
By rough, I mean the Mariners scored a total of one run in a 23-inning stretch that began midway through a 10-2 loss to the Yankees on Tuesday and didn’t end until the Mariners scored a run in the first inning on Saturday in Texas.
