I'm not comfortable with rooting for the San Francisco 49ers, but I'm going to do it this weekend, and -- if they win in Green Bay -- I'll do it again next weekend.
as a seahawk fan, it is far easier to "root" for the niners in the post-harbaugh era. as a sports fan I loved the harbaugh-carroll pissing matches, especially since we normally won!

Danny, we may be kindred spirits. At least with sports and oh, the Amazon comment too. I 100% agree with all your reasoning for whom to cheer or jeer. The Underdog aspect, whiney Aaron Rogers, Brady is the Yankees, the spoiled Rams (I lived in St Louis for a bit, and when Kroenke too them away), all of it. Just this one playoffs: Don't loose Niners. Still can't say, "Go Niners"
